According to Lao Dong, Technical Director Thach Bao Khanh will take over the job of coach Mauro, to help the team improve their performance in the remaining stages of the season. Mauro Jeronimo was appointed as PVF-CAND coach from the 2022 season and helped the team win the National First Division runner-up position for 2 consecutive seasons. However, his team could not get past the play-off match against Hong Linh Ha Tinh in the 2023-2024 season and had to continue the journey to find a ticket to the promotion in this season.
