Entering the match at Thong Nhat Stadium (HCMC), U19 Myanmar women's team made the Vietnamese audience worried when they had the opportunity to score their first goal.

From a long serve by his teammate, Thanh Hieu accelerated strongly and broke into the penalty area, before firing a cross-angle shot that defeated goalkeeper Thu Zar Aung.

In the second half, U19 Myanmar women's team tried to speed up the match in hopes of finding an equalizer, but U19 Vietnam women's team organized the match well when the defense played focused, so it was not difficult to get cards, effectively cutting long passes for the strikers above to compete for speed.
For their part, Mr. Okiyama Masahiko's students also deployed quickly when they had the opportunity to attack. However, the U19 Vietnam women's team did not score any more goals in the second half of the match.
In the first match of Group A, the Laos U19 women's team beat the Timor-Leste U19 women's team with a score of 2-0.
