After finishing the matches in Group D in the early morning of April 12 (Vietnam time), U17 Asia 2025 has found 8 teams to participate in the quarter-finals.
U17 Uzbekistan and U17 Saudi Arabia are the first two teams to qualify directly after winning the opening two matches of Group A. U17 China and Thailand stopped in the group stage.
In Group B, despite being unbeaten, U17 Vietnam is only at the bottom of the table with 3 points. The two teams that advance are U17 Japan and U17 UAE.
In Group C, the top two positions belong to U17 Indonesia and U17 Korea. The team from the archipelago won all 3 matches, qualifying for the quarter-finals one match earlier.
U17 Tajikistan defeated U17 Iran 3-1 to top Group D, while U17 North Korea continued as the second-placed team after a 2-2 draw with Oman.
The above 8 teams will qualify for the FIFA U17 World Cup Qatar 2025.
