Papaya (200gr)
1 teaspoon green tea (4 gr)
1/4 cup aloe vera juice (50ml)
1 glass of water (250ml)
Honey (optional)
Do:
Boil the water in a pot, turn off the heat and add tea when it boils.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Blend papaya with aloe vera juice in a blender.
Add the cooled green tea to papaya juice.
Sweet with honey if desired.
Drink at room temperature 40 minutes after a main meal.
