Son La - On October 4, the Industry and Trade Union announced that the unit had just organized professional training for grassroots union officials in 2024.

The training course was attended by 80 trainees who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Executive Committee members, Inspection Committee members, and union finance officers at grassroots trade unions under the Industry and Trade Union of Son La province.

At the conference, the trainees were informed by the Council of part-time lecturers of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor (SLD) about the instructions on the process of signing collective labor agreements; financial work of grassroots trade unions; inspection and supervision work of grassroots trade unions; annual assessment and classification of grassroots trade unions; instructions on documents and procedures for requesting classification of cultural agencies and units...

The training conference helps grassroots union officials have the opportunity to meet, exchange experiences, resolve difficulties in union activities, and grasp the topics of the union organization to apply them to achieve better quality in the future.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Minh Xuan - Vice Chairman of the Son La Provincial Labor Federation - requested that union officials need to firmly grasp the knowledge content provided.

At the same time, effectively propagate and apply knowledge into practice at the grassroots level, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the current period.
