Union members and workers have actively contributed opinions related to improving working conditions, improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities, enhancing welfare, caring for life and building a civilized and modern working environment according to EVNHANOI Culture.
According to the assessment, the fact that 100% of grassroots trade unions have completed the organization of the Congress on schedule demonstrates solidarity and unity in the Trade Union system; at the same time, affirms the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the lives of workers and in the political system of the Corporation.
This is an important premise for successfully organizing the 26th General Corporation Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
