Currently, the Company has 690 employees, of which 118 are female, accounting for 17.1%. The team of female workers and employees with an average age of over 40, is a stable, exemplary force and always shows a high sense of responsibility in their work. The company creates conditions for women to be assigned suitable jobs, ensure stable income and study to improve their qualifications.
Communication work on gender equality continues to be promoted, helping 100% of staff and workers access information through women's union activities, seminar programs on the occasion of 8/3 and 20/10 or integrated activities in the corporate cultural movement.
Many promotional contents have been innovated, notably the " Men with Gender Equality" movement, gender equality communication videos produced by the Company in November 2025 and participation in the "EVNCPC Creative Women and Corporate Culture" Contest. These activities contribute to raising awareness, arousing confidence, proactiveness and a sense of companionship among women in the working environment.
In particular, the female ratio in the planning for the period 2021-2026 will reach 19.1% in management positions from the Company level to the Electricity/Propuction Team. The current female management rate is 7.5%. The whole company has 43 female party members, accounting for 15.5%, contributing to enhancing the position and role of women in party work and mass organizations. In terms of professional qualifications, the female force is constantly developing, including 11 masters and 82 bachelors; 100% of female civil servants and public employees are trained and coached during the year.
Gender equality work in 2025 at Hue Power Company has been effectively implemented, closely linked to the professional tasks and development orientation of the unit. The Steering Committee for the advancement of women has proactively followed EVNCPC's plan, maintained reporting, inspection, supervision and closely coordinated with the Trade Union in organizing activities
