Accordingly, the end of the year is the peak time for violations of the law on wildlife protection. Therefore, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment recommends that ministries, branches and People's Committees of provinces and cities need to direct the increased reporting and dissemination of messages, reports, and newsletters to propagate laws on biodiversity conservation, controlling endangered exotic species, protecting endangered, precious, and rare wildlife species; and conserving wild and migratory birds in Vietnam.

The Ministry also requires cadres, civil servants, workers and people not to participate in hunting, catching, buying, selling, transporting, slaughtering, consuming, storing, advertising illegal wildlife and migratory birds; not to raise, grow, buy, sell, or release endangered foreign species; not to buy birds for release because this is an act of assisting illegal wildlife hunting and trapping activities.

The Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union recommends that its affiliated units and call on union members and workers in the industry to strictly implement the law on biodiversity conservation, control of endangered exotic species, protect endangered, precious and rare wildlife species; and conserve wild and migratory birds in Vietnam.

Union members and workers in the industry propagate and mobilize relatives in the family and those around to strictly implement these regulations.
