24/24 Departmental Trade Unions complete the summary and Conference of Workers

Hanoi According to TKV Trade Union, the Trade Unions of Ha Tu Coal Company have completed the Summary of production and business work in 2025 and the 2026 Workers' Conference.

Accordingly, the Conference organized by the Trade Unions of the departments under Ha Tu Coal Company took place seriously and democratically, promoting the sense of responsibility of the collective of cadres and workers.

At the conference, the units comprehensively reviewed production and business activities in 2025, evaluated the achieved results, frankly acknowledged the limitations and proposed solutions to improve governance efficiency, and complete tasks in 2026.

The opinions focused on issues of concern to workers such as policies, income, working conditions, labor safety, technical innovation initiatives, etc.

The units also organized a vote to trust the managers. The results range from 85% to 100%, demonstrating the trust of the collective of workers.

The Conference of Department and Workshop Workers is an opportunity for extensive democratic activities, helping workers participate in giving opinions, monitoring issues directly related to their rights and responsibilities, and at the same time helping leaders grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
