Authorized by the TKV Trade Union, the Uong Bi Coal Company Trade Union recently organized a donation of breeding chickens to 5 female workers in difficult circumstances. This is a meaningful activity within the framework of the TKV Trade Union's support project, helping female workers develop their family economy, improve their income and stabilize their lives.
During the program, the Uong Bi Coal Company’s Trade Union presented 70 breeding chickens, along with funds to renovate barns and provide initial food support to the families of female workers supported in phase 3 of the project. Through this support, female workers will have an additional source of livelihood and the opportunity to develop their livestock raising skills, contributing to stabilizing the family economy.
Ms. Tran Thi Huyen Ngoc - Electromechanical Workshop 2, a female worker who just received support, expressed: "In recent years, due to difficult family circumstances, I did not dare to invest in livestock farming because of the high initial cost. This support not only provides material support but also a great motivation for me to start a small livestock farming model to improve my income. I really appreciate it and will try to take advantage of this resource to develop my family's economy."
Ms. Bui Thi Duyen - KCS Department, also shared: “I have thought about raising livestock but did not have the conditions. The support from the Union helped me have a solid start, reducing worries about initial costs. I hope to take good care of the chickens, expand and create a sustainable source of income for my family.”
The attention and support from the TKV Trade Union and Uong Bi Coal Company has brought joy and motivation to female workers in difficult circumstances, helping them become more confident and motivated to overcome difficulties. This support also contributes to building solidarity, promoting working spirit and contributing to the sustainable development of the Company and the Group.
