Handing over the Trade Union Shelter right before Lunar New Year

Soc Trang - Union members are happy to be supported by the Trade Union Shelter to make Tet 2025 more joyful and happy.

On January 10, the Soc Trang Provincial Civil Servants' Union organized the handover of the Union Shelter to Mr. Luu Van Hai - a member of the Union of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Soc Trang province.

Union member Hai is a driver for the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. His income is low, not enough to repair his dilapidated house. Thanks to the attention and support of 20 million VND from the Trade Union Shelter Fund, he has the conditions to renovate his house to make it more presentable.

At the handover ceremony, Ms. Doan Thi Chien - Chairwoman of the Soc Trang Provincial Civil Servants' Union - congratulated union member Luu Van Hai on having a new house before the Lunar New Year 2025; wished that his family would gradually stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind, complete assigned tasks well; and actively participate in movements and activities launched by the Union at all levels.
