The Phenikaa School Trade Union (under the Vietnam Construction Trade Union) currently has a total of 259 employees. In the recent past, the Executive Committee of the Phenikaa School Trade Union has actively participated in developing and supervising the implementation of human resources and welfare policies to ensure the work of caring for the material and spiritual life, improving the working environment of cadres, teachers and staff at Phenikaa School.
In particular, the Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Board of Directors and functional departments in proposing and advising on salary, allowance and bonus policies based on capacity and work efficiency, contributing to motivating the team; at the same time ensuring the principle of fairness, transparency, commensurate with the capacity and contribution of employees.
In the process of implementing policies and regimes, the Trade Union always plays a bridging role, receiving feedback from employees and promptly proposing adjustments so that policies can truly enter the lives of employees.
The union has organized visits and provided timely support to union members who are sick, have families in difficulty, are at parties, have motherhood... The total cost of visiting union members in the period of 2022-2025 is nearly 90 million VND with more than 130 visits. The union also coordinates with units inside and outside the school to conduct periodic health check-ups, expand health insurance to protect the rights and health care of union members; propose to increase collective welfare such as supporting the cost of shift meals, uniforms, holiday gifts, birthdays, summer vacation, creating conditions for union members to work with peace of mind and stay with the school for a long time.
In addition to ensuring material life, the Phenikaa School Trade Union pays special attention to the spiritual life of employees.
Accordingly, the Trade Union regularly organizes cultural - artistic - sports activities such as trade union sports tournaments, art competitions, events on March 8, October 20, November 20, etc.
With an 80% of union members being female, the work of caring for the spiritual life of female union members is always focused on through activities such as flower arrangement competitions on March 8 and October 20; seminars and sharing skills to balance work and family. The total cost for women's union activities in the 2022-2025 period is nearly 160 million VND.
Phenikaa School Trade Union also participates in building a cultural and democratic working environment, creating opportunities for each individual to listen, share and demonstrate their abilities. These activities not only help union members connect but also contribute to spreading the Phenikaa culture - where every teacher is happy to work and contribute; thereby encouraging pride in the profession and organization.
