On the morning of October 7, the Vietnam Health Trade Union held a ceremony to honor outstanding families and students with high achievements in studying and training in the 2022-2024 period; and at the same time launched the first Excellent Trade Union Officer Competition.
Attending were Mr. Phan Van Anh - Vice President of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Le Duc Luan - Deputy Minister of Health.
At the conference, the Vietnam Health Trade Union warmly commended 198 families of the most outstanding workers, civil servants, and employees in the health sector and 149 students who won international, national, provincial/municipal awards in the two school years 2022-2023, 2023-2024.
Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - President of the Vietnam Health Trade Union - said that the Vietnam Health Trade Union is currently managing 110 grassroots trade unions with more than 54,500 union members. Promoting the role of the Trade Union organization, in the period of 2022-2024, the Vietnam Health Trade Union at all levels has proactively coordinated closely with the professional sector to organize activities to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. In addition, it is important to promote family work; mobilize workers, civil servants and laborers to strive to build "Exemplary families of workers, civil servants and laborers in the health sector".
Recognizing exemplary families of workers and civil servants is an activity that the Vietnam Health Trade Union focuses on and periodically organizes every 2 years to commend, honor, and promote typical examples of exemplary families of workers and civil servants who have achieved high achievements in work and work; raising obedient and studious children; and building prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized families.
Mr. Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - expressed his belief that through the activities of praising exemplary families and excellent students with high achievements of the Vietnam Health Trade Union today, it will create motivation for union members in the health sector to continue to work with peace of mind, work enthusiastically and be proud of the solid rear of each family, and at the same time, it is an opportunity to express gratitude to families who have made recognized contributions and excellently completed the tasks of the health sector.
