Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, then clean each ear of corn. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, basil leaves, salt and black pepper.
Take a baking tray and a few sheets of foil, spread the cheese and basil mixture evenly over each ear of corn. Roll the corn in foil and place it in a tray and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes to ensure rich flavor and completely melted cheese. Take the corn out of the oven, remove the foil and enjoy while it's still hot.
