When plum season comes, take advantage of your time to try making a refreshing plum cream with a fairly simple recipe. This will definitely be a new dish, attracting family members because the sweet and aroma of plums, combined with the light sourness of yogurt will create a refreshing flavor in the hot summer day.
Prepare 300g of ripe plums, 150g of sugar, 5 boxes of unsweetened yogurt, 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 2ml of vanilla extract.
First, remove the plum seeds and cut them into small pieces, then put them in a small pot and pour 100g of sugar and simmer. After about 10 minutes, when the plums are soft and secrete a lot of juice, continue to put it in the blender, puree and filter the juice.
Choose a large bowl of yogurt, 50g of sugar, milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Pour all the plum juice into the mixture and gently stir-fry until everything is blended together.
Cut a few slices of plums and add the mixture to the mold to make ice cream or a non-stick box and put in the refrigerator ice pack for 2 to 3 hours. Then, take out the ice cream and use a spoon to beat the mixture and continue to put it in the ice room to cool for about 2-3 more hours.
Before enjoying, use a round spoon or a specialized spoon to scoop the ice cream out of the cup. You can display a little crumbled chocolate or cinnamon on top of the ice cream to make the plum ice cream more eye-catching and attractive.
