The 2024 Vietnam Workers' and Civil Servants' Football Tournament is jointly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and Tuoi Tre Newspaper.
At the opening ceremony on the morning of October 4, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - said: "I am very pleased to attend the opening ceremony of the Binh Duong Regional Qualifying Round. As a representative of workers, in addition to protecting their rights and taking care of their material lives, the trade union organization regularly focuses on improving the spiritual life and taking care of the physical health of union members and workers.

The 2024 Vietnam Civil Servants Football Tournament will take place in 4 regions: Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An, Bac Ninh and Binh Duong. The 16 best teams in the qualifying round will qualify for the national final round taking place in November 2024 in Hanoi.
Regional Qualifier 3 - Binh Duong has 12 competing teams, divided into 4 groups. The teams compete in a round robin to calculate points. The 4 best teams will be eligible to participate in the national finals.
