From the perspective of workers, foreign languages and high competition between candidates are two main barriers in the journey to find jobs for IT human resources in the past year. In addition, Al is increasingly penetrating deep into work when nearly 34% of businesses expect 31-50% of employees to be able to apply Al in work; 24% of businesses want a rate of 51-70% of total employees; 7% want over 70% and nearly 3% expect all employees to know how to use AI.
