According to Point b Clause 3.1 Section II Resolution 27-NQ/TW 2018, the two new salary tables when reforming salary applied to cadres, civil servants and public employees include:
1 salary table for positions applicable to cadres, civil servants and public employees holding leadership positions;
1 professional and technical salary table according to civil servant ranks and professional titles of public employees applied generally to public employees and civil servants who do not hold leadership positions.
3 salary tables for armed forces, including: 1 salary table for military officers, police officers, and professional non-commissioned officers according to position, title, and military rank or grade;
1 salary table for professional soldiers and technical police officers; 1 salary table for defense workers and police workers.
In addition, one of the specific factors to design the new salary table according to Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018 is to abolish the current basic salary and salary coefficient, and build a basic salary with a specific amount in the new salary table.
Thus, the 5 new salary tables when reforming salary will not apply the basic salary level.
