On November 2, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) announced that the Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union had just held the 1st Commune Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress was attended by representatives of 41 affiliated grassroots unions, representing more than 6,000 union members.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor - highly appreciated the results of the activities of the Provisional Executive Committee of the Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union.
He emphasized that in the coming term, cadres and union members need to unite, overcome difficulties, and successfully implement the goals and targets set by the Congress Resolution.
Commune trade unions also need to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, contributing to building the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization to be increasingly strong.
The Congress discussed and approved the Resolution for the 2025 - 2030 term, with the following targets: Every year, strive for at least 90% of grassroots trade unions under public service units, 75% of grassroots trade unions outside the state sector to successfully complete their tasks, and 100% of grassroots trade unions to apply the achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution to their activities.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has appointed 6 members of the Executive Committee of the Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union, of which Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune - holds the position of Chairman of the Commune Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented a symbol of financial support for the construction of 2 "Union Shelters" for union members in difficult circumstances in the commune.
