Mr. Luan is one of 3,300 workers and civil servants in Bac Lieu province this year supported by the Trade Union under the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang".
For teachers and doctors, this year is also the first time they have received a Tet bonus when Bac Lieu approved spending more than 81 billion VND to reward officials, civil servants, and public employees receiving state salaries according to Decree 73. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trieu - a primary school teacher in Hong Dan district, Bac Lieu - said that in his 20 years of teaching, this is the first time he has received a Tet bonus of more than 6 million VND.
Bring Tet Sum Vay to Everywhere

Therefore, on January 16, Dong Hai District Labor Federation organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Gratitude to the Party" and gave Tet gifts to 300 union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the locality.
At Bac Lieu General Hospital, Bac Lieu Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Health Sector Trade Union to present 125 gifts to union members and employees, each gift worth 500,000 VND. Speaking at the gift presentation ceremony, Permanent Vice President of Bac Lieu Provincial Labor Federation Huynh Nguyen Truc Linh emphasized: The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang" is a very practical activity demonstrating the concern of the Trade Unions at all levels in taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and employees on the occasion of Tet. This is also a great source of encouragement for union members and employees to overcome difficulties, rise up in life, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
In Gia Rai town, the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" in 2025 also presented 420 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND with a total amount of 210 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Each unit has a different way of organizing, but all have the warmth of the Union organization coming to workers before the New Year.
