For the 2023-2025 term, the Hospital Trade Union has closely followed its functions and tasks; innovated its content and methods of operation; improved the effectiveness of representation, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

In 2025, the Hospital Trade Union was selected by the Provincial Federation of Labor to represent Quang Ninh to attend the "National Creative Labor Festival 2025" with 3 typical solutions. At the event, 2 hospital staff were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate - among 42 outstanding individuals nationwide honored.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the Hospital's Board of Directors, Doctor CKII Pham Quang Dung - Director of the Hospital - praised the outstanding results of the Trade Union, especially in caring for the lives, protecting the rights of workers and promoting the movement of innovation, applying information technology and artificial intelligence in medical examination and treatment. Propose that the Trade Union continue to promote its role and accompany the profession in the journey to build a modern, quality Hospital, meeting the needs of people's health care.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the second term, 2025-2030, consisting of 7 comrades.
The Congress ended in an atmosphere of solidarity - democracy - responsibility, creating a new atmosphere for union members and workers, contributing to the development of the old-age - Rehabilitation Hospital to become more and more modern.
