Honoring 20 outstanding union members of the People's Public Security in 2024

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Lieutenant General Tran Quoc Coc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Police Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Major General Ngo Hoai Thu, Deputy Director of Political Affairs Department, Ministry of Public Security; Major General Huynh Van Hai, Deputy Director of Personnel Department, Ministry of Public Security ... attended the ceremony.

According to the People's Public Security Trade Union, 20 union members who received the "Outstanding CAND Trade Union Member" award in 2024 were carefully voted by all levels of the union.

Previously, the Central Police Party Committee, the leader of the Ministry of Public Security directed the Political Affairs Department, the People's Committee of the People's Public Security Union (CAND) to develop a plan; guide the police units and localities to review and introduce advanced and typical typical union members for the organizers and advisory councils to choose and review.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the proactive work of the Standing Committee and related units in advising on the organization of activities and the Commendation Ceremony, ensuring thoughtfulness and solemnity.

According to Lieutenant General Tran Quoc, after 32 years (1993-2025), under the leadership of the Party, the State, the Central Police Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security and directing the professional guidance of the superior trade union organization, the CAND Trade Union has gradually developed and grew in all aspects. The CAND Trade Union organization is widely developed from the central to local levels, with 25 direct superior trade unions, 299 grassroots trade unions and more than 30,000 members are officers, non -commissioned officers of technical expertise, workers, contract workers ...

In recent years, including 2024, the People's Public Security Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Party committees, and leaders of the Public Security of units and localities to proactively advise and implement all aspects of work and has achieved important results.

In particular, through emulation movements, many outstanding and truly exemplary union members have appeared, the most beautiful flowers in the beautiful flower garden, the shining examples, typical examples of the "Racing for National Love" movement in the People's Public Security.

"Recognizing the achievements in recent years, the CAND Trade Union has been awarded many noble awards by the Party, the State, the Government, the Government, the Ministry of Public Security, such as the First, Second and Third Labor Medal; the Merit of the Prime Minister, the Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Certificate of Merit of the Ministry of Public Security.

Also according to Lieutenant General Tran Quoc, on the occasion of the ceremony, the Central Police Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security expected the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Trade Union of the Central Committee, the Ministry, the Central and the local branch to continue coordinating, supporting, helping and directing professional guidance for CAND union organizations at all levels; create favorable conditions for resources and funds for CAND trade union organizations at all levels to well perform policies, care for union members, workers and workers in the People's Court.
