The topic presented by Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung is one of 15 topics in the Training Program to improve and update knowledge and skills for provincial and central trade unions organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

At the headquarters of the General Confederation of Labor, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung presented the topics "Different philosophies of East and West"; "Learning and studying in the digital transformation era"; "Management and Leadership are a pair", "Managers become leaders", "Our Party talks about Leadership", "Leadership in the digital transformation era: shifting from thinking about applying information technology to thinking about digital transformation", "Redefining Leadership in the digital transformation era", "National digital transformation"...

The training program was organized over 5 days with 15 topics. The speakers were members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of ministries, departments, and central branches, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and experienced experts with deep understanding of the organization and operation of trade unions.
