On April 26, information from the Lak District Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a Political Theory and Professional Training course for grassroots union officials.
The training class has 125 trainees including Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots Trade Unions; Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Inspection Committee and officers in charge of inspection; Heads and Deputy Heads of the Women's Committees of affiliated grassroots Trade Unions.
During their study period, students will have access to 5 topics according to the guidance of the Central Propaganda Department, including: Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam; the Vietnamese political system; the workers' movement and trade union organizations; Women's work; the new era of national development and propaganda work.
At the end of the course, 100% of students participated in writing harvested entries. Of which, 67 students achieved good grades (54%) and 58 students achieved good grades (46%). The Lak District Political Center has issued certificates to all students and rewarded 9 individuals with outstanding achievements.
Similarly, recently in Cu M'gar district (Dak Lak province), the District Labor Federation coordinated with the District Political Center to organize a training course on political theory, legal policies and professional expertise for grassroots union officials.
The class was attended by 150 trainees who are Executive Committee members, Inspection Committee members of the 8th District Labor Federation, Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots trade unions in the area.
The training content focuses on Women's work, union work, union role in implementing democracy at the grassroots level; knowledge about social insurance, health insurance; theme for 2025 on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" in implementing social justice and caring for the lives of ethnic groups in Dak Lak province...
Through training courses, grassroots union cadres have improved their political and professional awareness.
Thereby proactively performing well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
