Currently, grassroots trade unions (CDCS) are coordinating with enterprises to organize this activity. Notable programs at the Trade Union of 3F Viet Company Limited (Tay Nam Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) at noon on August 6. The unit organized a meaningful meal for more than 200 union members and workers working at the company.
The program was attended by representatives of the Area Management Working Group No. 9, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Chau - Chairman of the Tay Nam Ward Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thinh - Deputy Director of the Company, and the collective of union members and workers.
To organize the meal, the Company's Board of Directors supported funding to increase the value of the shift meal by 10,000 VND/meal and gave away a can of soft drink. The grassroots trade union supported an additional 20,000 VND/person. The total value of each meal is 55,000 VND. The meal is not only nutritious but also contains the care and sharing of the trade union organization.

In addition, the company's Trade Union also organized a birthday gift giving ceremony for 13 union members and employees with a date of birth in the month, each gift worth 200,000 VND. The small gift but great meaning, contributes to spreading warmth, creating more motivation for workers to stick with and work with peace of mind for a long time.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation's Area Management Working Group No. 9, the "Union Meal" program does not stop at a delicious meal, but is also an opportunity for workers to share their thoughts and aspirations with the company's leaders. This activity is also a vivid testament to the role of the trade union organization in caring for union members' lives, building a friendly, humane and cohesive working environment.
