Regarding the structure of recruitment needs according to qualifications, there will be changes in June 2025. Enterprises mainly recruit workers with university degrees or higher, accounting for 42.6% of the total recruitment demand; followed by unskilled workers with 22.65%; college degrees with 11.55%. Regarding salary, from 5 - 10 million VND/month accounts for 71.5% of total recruitment needs; from 10 - 20 million VND, accounts for 24.4% - for positions that require high experience or expertise such as accounting, sales management and marketing, construction engineers...
The Hanoi Employment Service Center predicts that in July 2025, the peak tourism season will be the driving force for strong growth in the fields of trade - services, travel tourism, accommodation, food and beverage, and transportation. Accordingly, some industries with high human resource demand such as tourism and travel services increased by 5%; healthcare and medical facilities increased by 4%; manufacturing and processing industry increased by 3.5%; trade and services increased by 3% - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center Vu Quang Thanh said.
