Capital Trade Union officials train on merging and streamlining the apparatus

Hanoi Over 100 officials of the Capital Trade Union were trained in the functions and tasks of the Trade Union during the period of merging and streamlining the organizational apparatus.

The 2025 training course on organizational work was implemented by the City Labor Federation with the theme "Some issues of the organizational model, apparatus and functions and tasks of the Trade Union in the period of merging and streamlining the organizational apparatus".

Over 100 officials of the Capital Trade Union participating in the training were informed and grasped the contents of the apparatus, functions and tasks of the Trade Union in the process of merging and streamlining the apparatus. Some issues that union officials wanted to learn about were answered and analyzed.

This is one of the activities to implement the training and fostering plan for trade union officials in 2025 of the City Labor Federation.

The goal in 2025 in training and fostering union officials is that over 90% of union officials are trained and fostered in trade union skills and professional skills; 100% of grassroots union chairmen participating for the first time will be trained and fostered in an appropriate form.

Strive for 100% of full-time union officials from the City to the grassroots to be trained and formed in knowledge, skills, and methods of union activities, have a certificate of professional theory of union work; be trained and fostered in standardizing civil servant ranks and management leadership.

The City Labor Federation continues to open training courses for key officials of enterprise-based trade unions with 500 - 1,000 union members and workers. In which priority is given to the chairman and vice chairman of the grassroots trade union...
