Similarly, Dreamtech Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP Industrial Park, Bac Ninh) is rushing to complete year-end orders, so it urgently needs to recruit more than 1,000 unskilled workers. The company has hung many banners announcing recruitment, and posted information on social networking sites.
A representative of Dreamtech's Recruitment - Training Department said that the company only offers requirements such as: Be flexible, healthy, enthusiastic at work, and be able to work on duty. At the same time, workers are entitled to a starting salary of 5.3 million VND/person/month; supported with free shuttle buses and dormitories. After the interview, workers can go to work right in the week.
After signing the contract, workers receive free training right at the factory until they meet the job requirements. In particular, the bonus for new employees and introducers is 2 million VND/person. However, in reality, the number of recruited players is still very limited.
From mid-October to now, a survey at the job fair and some periodic job fairs at Bac Ninh No. 1 Employment Service Center has shown that the demand for unskilled labor recruitment has doubled compared to previous times.
According to survey data from the authorities of Bac Ninh province, in the last months of 2025, businesses in the province registered to recruit about 45,000 workers, mainly unskilled workers (accounting for 80%) in the following industries: Electronics, textiles, packaging, services. The average salary according to the agreement is 8-10 million VND/person/month.

Positive signal
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Director of Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 1 - assessed that this is a positive signal for the labor market. The reason is that the more "thirsty" they are for human resources, the more businesses will have to apply preferential policies that benefit workers to attract them.
Meanwhile, a representative of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province said that the unit is continuing to coordinate with sectors and localities to promote traffic flow, career guidance, and vocational training for workers from junior high school level; directing job service centers to replicate the model of linking with businesses and vocational schools in training and providing on-site human resources; organizing students to experience practical work at companies with recruitment needs according to appropriate vocational training.
