On May 10, the Trade Union of Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company said that the unit had coordinated with the company's leaders to organize a rubber latex harvesting ceremony and launch Workers' Month, in response to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025.
In 2024, all union members and workers of the company exploited more than 7,201 tons, replanted 214.5 hectares, purchased 727.77 tons; processed more than 8,772 tons of latex of all kinds. Total revenue reached nearly 497 billion VND, pre-tax profit was nearly 153 billion VND... At the same time, fully implement policies and regimes, ensure jobs and stable income for workers.
In 2025, the company aims to exploit 8,800 tons of latex, processing output of 11,800 tons of latex, total revenue of VND 589 billion... To successfully implement the 2025 plan, the unit will implement the harvest according to the motto "Scrap all trees - collect all latex - Strictly manage - Do not let products go". At the same time, continue to train and coach to improve skills for workers to improve labor productivity; continue to ensure legitimate regimes, policies, and rights for workers...
On this occasion, the unit also launched Workers' Month 2025 with many practical activities such as: "May Dialogue" program; "Thank you to workers" and "Union Meal"... At the same time, organize many activities in response to the Month of Action on occupational safety and Health such as: focusing on propaganda on occupational safety and health; strengthening the review, assessment, and control of risks and risks of occupational safety and health loss...
