Conditions for promotion for civil servants specializing in Information and Communications
This is the content issued by the Minister of Information and Communications in Circular 12/2024/TT-BTTTT stipulating standards and conditions for considering promotion of professional titles of civil servants specializing in Information and Communications, effective from November 7, 2024.
For example, the specific criteria and conditions for promotion to the professional title of Grade I editor (Code: V.11.01.01) are as follows:
- Currently holding the professional title of editor grade II, Code: V.11.01.02.
- Have held the professional title of editor level II (or equivalent) for at least 6 years. In case of having a period equivalent to the professional title of editor level II, must have held the professional title of editor level II for at least 1 year (full 12 months) by the deadline for submitting the application for promotion (if the period of holding the professional title of editor level II is not continuous, it can be accumulated);
- During the time holding the professional title of editor level II (or equivalent), he/she has presided over or participated in editing at least 2 works that have won awards at the ministerial, department, branch, provincial level or awards organized by the Party agency at the central level, the socio-political organization at the central level, the Vietnam Journalists Association; or presided over at least 2 specialized scientific research topics and programs at the ministerial, provincial level or higher that the agency, unit managing and employing civil servants is assigned to preside over research and development that have been issued or accepted by competent authorities.
- During the time holding the professional title of editor grade II (or equivalent), being awarded a certificate of merit or achieving the title of emulation fighter at the ministerial, department, branch, provincial level or higher due to achievements in professional activities.
General standards and conditions for promotion consideration for officials registering for security measures
This is the content of Circular 11/2024/TT-BTP dated September 24, 2024, stipulating the standards and conditions for promotion consideration for the professional title of Registering security measures, issued by the Minister of Justice, effective from November 8, 2024.
Accordingly, the general standards and conditions for promotion consideration for officials registering for security measures are as follows:
- Meet the standards of professional ethics and standards of training and development as prescribed in Articles 3 and 4 of Circular 10/2024/TT-BTP regulating codes and standards of professional titles for registration of security measures.
- Meet the standards and conditions prescribed by the Registration Center for participation in the promotion examination in cases where civil servants at the Registration Center meet the professional title standards exceeding the number or exceeding the structure of civil servants according to professional titles prescribed in the Job Position Project of the Registration Center approved by competent authorities and in cases where it is considered according to the needs of the Registration Center.
- Meet other general standards and conditions according to relevant regulations of law on recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
