A shining example in learning and following Uncle Ho
In recent times, the implementation of Directive No. 05 of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" has always been focused on, deployed and effectively implemented by all levels of the Dien Bien Provincial Trade Union.
From awareness to action among cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and union members has been significantly improved. In particular, studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings has been voluntarily carried out by union members and workers and concretized through regular and continuous actions and achieved admirable results.
Among them, teacher Dang Quang Dien - Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Tua Chua Department of Education and Training is one of the typical examples. In the past 5 years, he has constantly improved his knowledge, enhanced his capacity and set an example in every action. From there, he always strives to complete and excellently complete every task.
Not only is he exemplary in his management work, he also always strives to learn and improve the effectiveness of the Union's tasks - a new field related to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, civil servants and workers in the unit.
Throughout his work, he actively propagated and mobilized cadres, teachers and workers inside and outside the unit to well implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines and directives and resolutions of all levels and sectors, especially the education sector and the Trade Union.
Ms. Lo Thi Tinh - President of the Tua Chua District Labor Union - said that as President of the Education and Training Department's Labor Union, Mr. Dien always takes good care of and protects the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, teachers and workers; promptly visits and encourages union members in difficult circumstances.
“In addition, the Department of Education and Training’s grassroots trade union regularly organizes cultural, artistic and sports activities for union members to improve their spiritual life. It focuses on developing union members and introducing outstanding union members to train and recruit them into the Party, while also organizing well the emulation movements of the education and training sector and the trade union organization,” said Ms. Lo Thi Tinh.

Mr. Vu Duc Bieu - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Tua Chua district also said that teacher Dang Quang Dien is the Deputy Head of the Department, assigned to manage professional activities at the Primary level, Universal Education, regular training, Community Learning Centers, in charge of foreign affairs, humanitarian and charitable activities...
“At work, Mr. Dien always upholds the sense of responsibility, proactively researches, promotes dynamism and creativity in performing public duties. Timely proposing many important breakthrough measures in leadership, direction and operation has brought high efficiency” - Mr. Vu Duc Bieu said.
With his achievements, teacher Dang Quang Dien has won the title of Emulation Fighter at the district level for 5 consecutive years. In 2022 and 2023, he was also honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Minister of Education and Training, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province and the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation; In 2024, he was honored by the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation as an outstanding and exemplary Chairman of the grassroots trade union.
