During nearly 7 years of working with the company, Mr. Le Xuan Uoc has also spent time accompanying the Trade Union organization, always devoted to his work and devoted himself to his colleagues. He is not only a pioneer in union activities but also a solid support, ready to share and help brothers overcome difficulties. With over 70% of female employees at the company, Mr. Uoc and the Executive Board of the Trade Union always promptly advise employers to implement policies and regimes towards employees, especially for female employees.
In the context of the world economy facing many difficulties, there are times when orders are cut, greatly affecting the lives of workers. However, Mr. Uoc and the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Trade Union have implemented many solutions to maintain stable employment and ensure regimes and policies on wages, bonuses, and insurance for employees.

With his continuous efforts, Mr. Uoc has been recognized with many noble titles such as: Completing tasks well for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2023), receiving a certificate of merit from the Provincial Labor Federation in 2023 and a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2025; The grassroots trade union under his leadership received a certificate of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2021 and a certificate of merit from the Provincial Labor Federation in 2023.
