Dr. Dinh Doan - a psychologist - was a guest speaker at the conference.
This is an activity under the project "Improving communication, health consultation, occupational disease prevention and motherhood skills for female workers in industrial parks and clusters in Vinh Phuc province, period 2024 - 2028"; within the series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union, and the 14th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day.
At the conference, delegates were shared by psychologist Dinh Doan on the topic "Building a happy family in the 4.0 era" with contents on promoting gender equality; building a happy, prosperous, equal, progressive, loving and sharing family; discussing solutions to "keep the fire burning" in each family, especially in the era of industrial revolution, the negative side of social networks creates challenges, affecting traditional family values...
With the content shared and discussed at the conference, union officials have a more specific view of the role of members in building happy families in the 4.0 era.
On this occasion, the Vinh Phuc Provincial Federation of Labor presented 50 gifts to female workers in difficult circumstances in the province, each gift worth 500,000 VND in cash and 220,000 VND in gifts in kind.
