On November 14, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that on the afternoon of November 13, the Trade Union of the Rehabilitation Hospital will organize a Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This is an important political activity, creating a forum for union members, cadres, civil servants and workers to look back at trade union activities in the 2023 - 2025 period, and at the same time determine goals and directions in the new term.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress has comprehensively evaluated the results of activities in recent times. The grassroots trade union continues to affirm its role as a representative, caring for the lives of union members; coordinating with the professional to fully implement policies and regimes; launching practical emulation movements, contributing to building a united, creative and responsible hospital community.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the grassroots Trade Union aims to innovate the content and methods of operation; focus on the grassroots, care for the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; build a strong trade union organization, accompany the Rehabilitation Hospital to fulfill its political tasks, maintain the title "Former of the Ha Tinh Health Sector".
