The Congress was attended by Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Phan, Vice President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Bui Minh Cuong, Party Secretary, Director of the Hospital; and 150 delegates representing 486 union members.
For the 2023-2025 term, with the spirit of solidarity, innovation and responsibility, the Hospital Trade Union has completed most of the targets set by the Resolution; affirmed its representative role in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; contributing to building a harmonious and stable working environment and promoting the sustainable development of the Hospital.
Activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members have been implemented practically and spread; emulation movements, especially the innovation - technical innovation movement, have been widely organized and brought practical results. The work of building a strong Trade Union organization associated with Party building has received attention and achieved many positive results.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Hoang Thi Hong Phan - Vice President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged the proactive and responsible spirit of the Hospital Trade Union accompanying the Board of Directors in building an increasingly developed unit; suggested that the Trade Union continue to promote its core role in caring for workers, developing emulation movements and building a strong organization.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Bui Minh Cuong, Director of the Hospital, acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the Trade Union organization to building a team, improving professional quality and creating a united and humane working environment for staff and employees.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades, in which Mr. Do Duy Long continued to be elected as Chairman of the Hospital Trade Union.
With the spirit of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development, 100% of delegates attending the Congress unanimously approved the Resolution for the new term. The Labor Union of the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital aims to continue to innovate and improve operational efficiency; better care for the lives of workers; contribute to building an increasingly modern and specialized Hospital to meet the requirements of people's health care.
