The Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province is managing 108 grassroots trade unions, with a total of 15,138 union members (including 9,710 women).
In July 2025, implementing the merger of the two provinces of Yen Bai and Lao Cai, enterprises have overcome difficulties to maintain jobs and create stable income for union members and workers.
Enterprises have coordinated with trade unions to find solutions to remove difficulties in maintaining production and business, ensuring the lives of union members and workers.
"Through inspection work, enterprises basically pay full salaries and bonuses to union members and workers. The average income of workers in enterprises is 6,200,000/person/month, said Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Lan - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in Lao Cai province.

According to Ms. Lan, the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks and Trade Unions always receives the attention of the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor, so the full-time staff are very excited. Many practical activities are coordinated, creating a vibrant working and competitive atmosphere among workers and laborers.
