On the afternoon of December 9, the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) had a working session with the General Board of Directors of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and the grassroots trade union (CDCS) on the unit's operations.
Accordingly, the General Board of Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has quickly informed about the production and business situation as well as the development orientation of the unit's product lines in the coming time. In particular, the Company hopes to continue to receive support and facilitation from the City Labor Federation to better care for officers and employees at the unit.
Sharing at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - highly appreciated the outstanding marks of the Company and the Trade Union in activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers in recent times.
To promote these results, in addition to the efforts and solidarity of the Trade Union, Ms. Mai hopes that the Board of Directors of the Company will continue to support and pay more attention to welfare programs related to union members and workers.
In addition, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation also generalized the situation of Trade Union activities in the area after the merger and consolidation of 3 localities and the organization of the 1st City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
It is known that Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has about 2,800 officers and employees, with the rate of union members accounting for over 98%. Recently, the unit has successfully organized the 16th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, with many goals and orientations for the new term.
