In Trang Due Industrial Park, LG Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. leads the number of recruitments with 1,050 positions. In particular, the company recruits 800 production workers with an income of 9-14 million VND/month, 250 technical positions with an attractive income of 10-15 million VND/month, no experience required.
Not only in industrial parks and clusters, but also in enterprises outside industrial parks, there is a need to recruit a large number of workers. It is worth mentioning that Aurora Vietnam Shoes Industrial Company Limited (Tien Huong Ward) is recruiting 1,000 workers. This company currently has 5,100 employees, stable production and business situation, and guaranteed jobs for workers with an income of 8-10 million VND/person/month.
It is known that from August 1 to now, the company has continuously informed about recruiting departments of Garment, Cutting, Complete, Blending, Inks and Xoa.... To attract workers, the company has launched a series of attractive bonus regimes such as vocational skills bonus up to 3 million VND (good workers will be rewarded for 6 months); seniority for old workers returning to work to keep the official salary. The company representative said that currently, the company is in need of 300 more sewing and cutting workers; 350 workers in the Complete Department, 200 workers for the De Department, 100 Inks and Molds workers and 50 employees with college degrees or higher. The company does not require experience or gender discrimination, and hopes to recruit a large number of workers to meet production requirements at the end of the year.
Connecting labor supply and demand, supporting businesses to stabilize production

Therefore, to accompany businesses, the City Labor Federation organizes a special event, the 2025 Job Consulting Festival. The "First Employment Consulting Day 2025" is scheduled to take place for 3 days, from December 5 to 7, 2025 at the Vietnam-C around-the- World Friendship Labor Cultural Palace with the participation of 118 companies, businesses and units. The current recruitment demand is more than 16,000 workers.
The program will be an effective bridge between employees and businesses, contributing to job creation, sustainable labor restructuring, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development of the city and the country.
