On December 9, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) announced that the grassroots trade union of Viet Nhat Relations Development Joint Stock Company held a conference for the 2025 - 2030 term. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Nguyen Minh Duc - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union, and representatives of the Company's Board of Directors.
Established in 2023, the grassroots trade union currently has 33 union members. Although the enterprise still has many difficulties in the initial phase of operation, under the support of the Board of Directors and the efforts of the Executive Committee of the trade union, the lives of workers have received regular attention, 100% of employees have jobs and stable income. Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational safety and health training... are fully guaranteed.
The trade union coordinates professionally to sign a Collective Labor Agreement with many provisions beneficial to union members: 13th month salary, shift meals, birthday gifts, paid holiday visits, support on 8/3 and 20/10... The "Union Meal" activity is maintained once a month, creating cohesion and improving the welfare of workers.
The company effectively implements grassroots democracy regulations, organizes annual Workers' conferences and monthly periodic dialogues, helps promptly resolve recommendations, build harmonious and stable labor relations. However, some aspects of trade union activities still need to be further improved in the coming term.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc acknowledged the efforts of the Trade Union, especially the coordination of businesses to arrange jobs for employees during the low tourist season, to prevent unemployment. He suggested that the trade union continue to innovate its methods of operation, care for the interests of union members, grasp the thoughts of workers and promote the movement "Good workers, Creative workers".
The conference elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 3 comrades; Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung was elected as Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
