Survey of salary regime, environmental assessment
On the morning of November 2, at Suoi Dau Industrial Park (Cam Lam Commune, Khanh Hoa), the Trade Union of Tin Thinh Company Limited held the 5th Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
During the past term, the Trade Union has effectively coordinated with the company's leaders to ensure stable employment, fully and on time implementing salary regimes, social insurance, bonuses for union members and employees.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union focuses especially on taking care of the lives and welfare of union members, such as meal allowances, living allowances, gifts for holidays and Tet.
Every year, the Trade Union coordinates to organize periodic health check-ups and health consultations for female workers and those who raise young children.
In particular, the trade union also conducts periodic surveys of the salary regime and inspections of the working environment.
Thanks to these efforts, in recent years, Tin Thinh Company has not had any work accidents, labor disputes, strikes or work stoppages, and the rate of workers quitting their jobs is always very low.
Create more useful and practical playgrounds for union members
As one of 117 union members attending the congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai Nhan, a worker at Tin Thinh Company, shared her expectations with the Executive Committee of the new term of the Trade Union.
According to Ms. Nhan, the union is always a trusted place for union members and employees. After 16 years of working with the enterprise, I have greatly trusted and appreciated the attention and activities of the trade union.
"In the new term, I hope the organization will create more useful and practical playgrounds for union members to improve their skills and improve their lives," said Ms. Nhan.
Mr. Nguyen Van Chung - General Director of the Company - pledged to work with the Trade Union to build a friendly, cooperative and sustainable working environment in the next 5 years.
Along with listening and understanding the wishes and difficulties of employees, the company's leaders will closely coordinate with the Trade Union to build a "green, clean, beautiful" working environment and improve the lives of employees.
At the congress, Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, noted that in the new term, the grassroots trade unions need to promote digital transformation in trade union activities, improve the quality of activities, and meet development requirements in the province's growth decade.
Trade unions need to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of policies related to the legitimate rights of union members and workers, as well as negotiate contents that bring better benefits to union members.
The 5th Congress of the Tin Thinh Company Limited Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term unanimously approved 8 development tasks and targets.

Every year, achieve strong and excellent grassroots trade unions, maintain a union member development rate of over 90%; organize regular quarterly dialogues well.
The Congress also elected 7 members to the Executive Committee, Mr. Doan Ngoc Cu was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Tin Thinh Company for the 2025-2030 term.
