On January 22, the Da Nang City Labor Federation held a conference to commend and reward 35 party members who are chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots trade unions.
This is an activity to honor the contributions of party members who are chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises who have pioneered and set an example in taking on tasks assigned by grassroots party committees.
At the same time, carry out the task of mobilizing workers to properly implement the Party's policies and the State's laws at each enterprise, and be the core of workers' and trade union movements at the grassroots level.
The 35 party members who are chairmen and vice chairmen of grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises who were commended and rewarded this time are individuals who have won the title of "Excellent Trade Union Member" for many consecutive years, party members who have fulfilled their tasks well, contributing to the grassroots trade union and grassroots Party organization where they operate to fulfill their tasks well and excellently in the last 3 years.
At the conference, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh, Member of the City Party Committee, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation reviewed the 95-year journey of building, fighting and growing of the Communist Party of Vietnam, along with the history of the establishment and the process of building and growing of the Da Nang City Party Committee associated with the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh suggested that party members continue to be the core of the movement, the leading force to replicate the outstanding achievements in trade union activities and Party building work; build a team of trade union cadres with increasingly improved quality, with a firm stance, stance and ideology, contributing to building the Party, building the working class and trade union organizations to become increasingly stronger in the new situation.
