On the afternoon of November 29, the Trade Union of Trang Phuc Phu Phu Phu Phu Phap Group Development Company Limited (Vietnam) held the 4th Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
As of October 2025, the company has 444 employees. Of which, 435 people are union members, accounting for 98% of the total number of workers.
The rate of female union members reached 86%. The company ensures that 100% of employees are able to sign contracts after the probationary period and fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Salary and benefits are paid in accordance with regulations.
The grassroots trade union coordinates with enterprises to implement many practical care policies such as arranging free shuttle buses, supporting accommodation, fuel; maintaining a spacious collective kitchen.
Every year, employees also receive a diligence allowance of VND 500,000/month and a responsibility allowance of VND 200,000 to VND 1,500,000.
The union organizes visits to union members when they are sick or have incidents. During the term, the union mobilized support of 80 million VND for 3 union members in especially difficult circumstances.
In addition, the trade union regularly participates in training, and coordinates to organize training on labor safety, fire prevention and fighting and inspection of the working environment.
Periodic dialogues under Decree 149 are maintained, contributing to limiting disputes and ensuring that workers' voices are listened to.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, shared with union members and workers of the company who suffered losses in the recent flood.
According to Ms. Huong, the Company's grassroots union congress took place in the context of many fluctuations. In the coming time, trade union activities will have many changes to meet the operational requirements in the new period.

Entering the 20252030 term, the Trade Union of the French Women's Union for the Development of Women's Union (Vietnam) determined to continue to care for union members' lives and supervise the implementation of labor laws.
At the same time, maintain 100% of employees signing contracts, organize annual Workers' conferences and strive to maintain the strong grassroots union title.
The Congress also voted to elect 7 members to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the French Women's Union of Production and Development Company Limited (Vietnam), term 2025-2030.
