Exciting practical emulation movements
On December 7, Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in recent years, emulation and reward work has always been focused on by Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels. Through emulation, many collectives and individuals have emerged with high achievements, making many contributions to the development of agencies, units and enterprises. Thereby, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.
Accordingly, the Patriotic Emulation Movement, especially the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" has been widely implemented, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, achieving important results, directly contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the whole province of Ha Tinh has 204 projects, products, and tasks to celebrate major holidays of the homeland and trade unions, thousands of innovative initiatives have been implemented, contributing to the profit of hundreds of billions of VND.
Through the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers", 6,855 grassroots emulation fighters, 10 individuals were awarded creative labor certificates; 1 individual was awarded the Nguyen Duc Canh award; 1 collective and 3 individuals were honored at the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1 female union member was honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as a female union member with dynamic, creative and responsible activities.
The emulation movement to build "New rural areas, civilized urban areas", the movement "Ha Tinh cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to implement office culture", building "Cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises" and the movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" are focused on by trade unions at all levels.
Thousands of union members have participated in site clearance for the North-South expressway project, the 500 KV line project, section 3 through Ha Tinh; the Provincial Labor Federation mobilized socialization to support the planting of 3 "Union Trees" with a total amount of 800 million VND; 256 agencies, units and enterprises have been recognized by the Provincial Federation of Labor as agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards in the 2-year and 5-year phases.
Timely rewards create motivation to strive
According to the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the reward work has been carried out by Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels to ensure fairness, publicity, and democracy; focusing on rewarding workers and laborers directly in accordance with the regulations of the General Confederation and the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.
The discovery, fostering, summarizing, and replicating advanced models are being paid attention to. In the 2023 - 2025 period, 6,855 union members have become emulation fighters at all levels; 16,835 union members and workers have experienced initiatives, 4 typical examples attending the Patriotic Emulation Congress at the General Confederation level and 1 unit were honored.
Thereby, the Ha Tinh trade union organization has affirmed its position as a core force in the patriotic emulation movement, a driving force to promote socio-economic development, build new rural areas, civilized urban areas and strengthen the great solidarity among union members and workers.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor - shared that in the coming time, Ha Tinh Trade Unions at all levels will continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of organizing and implementing the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public work - Good at home work", associated with the goals of "High productivity, good quality", "Good consultation, good service"; " lifelong learning", "theory, vocational training, good contractors"...
