On March 14, Mr. Le Phan Linh - Chairman of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union - said that the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union has just issued a Plan to organize the 2025 Vietnam National Shipping Lines Singing Festival for Workers, Civil Servants, and Laborers (VFF).
The festival is organized to practically celebrate the country's major holidays in 2025; celebrate Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, patriotic emulation congresses at all levels towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam National Shipping Lines (VIMC).
Organizing the Festival is one of the commemorative activities to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, strengthen the relationship of exchange, understanding, solidarity, helping each other in production and business and in life, improve the material and spiritual life of cadres, union members, and workers, create trust, pride, and motivation for each union member and worker to resolutely overcome all difficulties, strive to excellently fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities, contribute to the stability and sustainable development of each enterprise, VIMC, Trade Union organizations and the country.
The festival aims to promote and communicate the prestige, position, and brand of VIMC to localities, customer partners, and the public, thereby consolidating and enhancing understanding, expanding development cooperation opportunities with the VIMC brand.
According to the leader of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union, the festival will be held in the first week of April 2025, in 3 regions: Northern region in Hai Phong City (including units in Hanoi and Hai Phong and Quang Ninh provinces); Central region in Da Nang City (including units in Da Nang city and Nghe An, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa provinces); Southern region in Ho Chi Minh City (including units in Ho Chi Minh City and Hau Giang, Can Tho and Ca Mau provinces).
The festival participants are union officials, union members, employees, officers and crew members working at all enterprises with trade unions under the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union who register to participate in the Festival.
The theme of the festival is to praise the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland and country; praise the Vietnam Maritime Corporation, the Trade Union organization and maritime workers with the cultural tradition of "agiveness, civilization, and life of gratitude". The Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union will cover the entire cost of organizing the Festival and the cost of training support for all units participating in the festival at the following levels:
+ Units participating in 3 performances: 10,000,000 VND/unit.
+ Units participating in 02 performances: 7,000,000 VND/unit.
+ Unit participating in 01 performance: 3,000,000 VND/unit.
