On November 29, the Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) Trade Union announced that it had just held a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union (expanded) for the 2025 - 2030 term, summarizing the 2023 - 2025 period and discussing the direction of the new term.
In recent times, HueWACO Trade Union has performed well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; effectively implementing democratic regulations; signing collective labor agreements with more favorable provisions; maintaining good activities to care for life, cultural - artistic and sports movements; and at the same time coordinating professionally in production and business tasks.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union aims to innovate the content and methods of operation; build a team of dynamic and creative trade union cadres; promote the spirit of solidarity, compete to complete the resolution's targets.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - Chairman of Thuan Hoa Ward Trade Union acknowledged the efforts of HueWACO Trade Union and suggested continuing to innovate and better care for the rights of workers.
The conference elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term and 5 comrades to the Inspection Committee. Mr. Truong Ngu Binh was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union; Mr. Duong Xuan Quy held the position of Vice Chairman.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", HueWACO Trade Union affirms its determination to continue to be a reliable support for union members, contributing to the development of the unit.
