The workshop was attended by 70 delegates who are Heads of Women's Committees of Labor Federations of districts, towns, cities, Industry Trade Unions, Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Unions, grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Labor Federation, and enterprises with a large number of female workers in the area.

Currently, Quang Ninh province has more than 400,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD), of which female workers account for over 52%.
Women workers play an important role in all economic sectors and occupations of the province. However, gender-based violence still exists in many social groups, crossing local, cultural, income and social status boundaries.
Gender equality work for women's advancement still has limitations, many targets have not been achieved compared to the goals set by the province and the country.
At the workshop, delegates discussed in depth many key issues, promoted, mobilized and launched emulation movements among female employees, aiming to achieve gender equality and prevent domestic violence.
Enhancing women's position in political, economic, cultural and social decisions.
Developing female staff at the grassroots level, enhancing the quality of activities of the Women's Union and the Committee for the Advancement of Women in units and enterprises.
Responsibility of Party committees, authorities and enterprises in promoting gender equality and protecting the rights of female workers.
The workshop shared lessons learned, practical solutions, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of gender equality and domestic violence prevention.
The proposals at the workshop not only aim to protect the rights of female employees but also contribute to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises in the future.
