Vietnam and Belarus Construction Trade Unions sign bilateral agreement

The Vietnam Construction Trade Union strengthens cooperation with the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union.

On November 13, implementing the 2025 Foreign Affairs Plan and with the consent of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union had a working session with the delegation of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union to visit, work and sign a bilateral cooperation agreement.

The delegation of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union consists of 5 members led by Mr. prosviryakov Dmitry Aleksandrovich, Chairman of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union.

In his welcoming speech, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, emphasized: The friendship between Vietnam and Belarus is a noble symbol of trust, loyalty and steadfast companionship. Inheriting that good relationship, the two construction industry trade unions continue to strengthen cooperation, share experiences, and together protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. At the same time, the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union believes that the signing ceremony of the bilateral Cooperation Minutes will open a new phase in the effective and strong cooperation relationship between the two trade union organizations.

At the meeting, the two sides introduced an overview of the organizational structure and outstanding activities of each country's construction trade union; exchanged practical experiences in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; and agreed on the orientation to strengthen cooperation in the context of integration and development of the two countries.

Within the framework of the program, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union signed a bilateral Cooperation Agreement, with the aim of strengthening the long-term friendship and cooperation between the two organizations. The two sides agreed to promote information exchange, experience sharing and mutual learning in the field of trade union activities, and support each other at international forums to improve the effectiveness of activities to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

On this occasion, the two sides presented souvenirs, demonstrating the affection and friendship between the trade unions of the two countries.

The visit, working session and signing of bilateral cooperation by the delegation of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry Trade Union in Vietnam have contributed to strengthening and developing the traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries' construction trade unions, while making a practical contribution to strengthening solidarity between the Vietnamese and Belarusese working classes - Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Pham Hoai Phuong commented.
