During the past term, despite the Group's production and business context facing many difficulties due to market impacts and international economic fluctuations, under the close direction of the Party Committee, Board of Members, General Director and superior Trade Union, the Group Agency Trade Union has comprehensively completed the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 9th Congress.
During the term, the lives and income of workers have been guaranteed and improved; the average income reached over 25.7 million VND/person/month, 100% of cadres and employees have received periodic health check-ups, and care, reward and support regimes have been implemented regularly.
The trade union has closely coordinated with the professional team in developing and implementing internal regulations, democratic regulations, collective labor agreements; organizing annual workers' conferences, promoting the mastery and voice of union members in the agency.
During the term, the Trade Union admitted 21 new union members, introduced 8 outstanding union members to join the Party and for many consecutive years achieved the title of "Strong Grassroots Trade Union".
Promoting the achievements achieved, for the 2025-2030 term, Vinachem Agency Trade Union identified key tasks including: Closely coordinating with the Group's leaders, mobilizing cadres and civil servants to promote the spirit of mastery, excellently completing assigned tasks; promoting emulation movements, initiatives, technical improvements, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; comprehensively caring for union members' lives, maintaining welfare activities, culture, sports, and charity society; Improving the quality of union cadres, applying technology in operations and management; Striving to achieve the title of "Excellent strong grassroots trade union", at least 3 union members were awarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with certificates of merit, 80% of union members achieving the title of advanced grassroots trade union leader, competitive emulation fighter.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Group and Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements that the Group Agency Trade Union has achieved in the past term.
At the same time, he requested the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term to continue promoting the achieved results, closely following the direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Group; innovating the content and methods of operation; arousing and replicating emulation movements, initiatives, and technical improvements; honoring workers, creating a creative and vibrant working atmosphere, so that the Trade Union of the Group's Agencies is always the core of solidarity, exemplary, and at the forefront of all activities.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Chemical Group Agency, term X (20252030), including 5 outstanding comrades in quality, capacity, and prestige, Comrade Phung Ngoc Bo was elected to continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Vinachem Agency, and elected a delegation to attend the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, including 03 official delegates and 1 delegate in attendance.
