In the period of 2024 - 2028, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union will coordinate to disseminate directives and resolutions of the Party Committee; regimes, policies, directives and resolutions of the State to union members and workers; mobilize cadres, civil servants, workers and union members to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety.
Coordinate, guide and inspect trade unions at all levels in the transport sector located in Ninh Binh province to implement the sector's labor policies and regimes for workers and civil servants; ensure the legal and legitimate rights, obligations and interests of workers and civil servants.
Coordinate the organization of activities "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remembering its source" through activities of visiting, giving gifts, and supporting the construction of "Union Shelter" houses.
Coordinate and guide trade unions at all levels in the transport sector in Ninh Binh province to mobilize workers and employees to respond to and participate in patriotic emulation movements launched and organized by the Vietnam Transport Trade Union and the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation.
Coordinate and direct the promotion of union member development, establishment of grassroots unions; training, coaching, and fostering of union theory and professional skills for grassroots union officials and training skills for the safety network in enterprises...
After 6 months of coordination, Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and Vietnam Transport Trade Union have actively, responsibly and proactively coordinated to implement the contents according to the signed program.
The working coordination relationship between the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union has basically become routine, the contents of coordination have been implemented in depth, bringing the impression and trust, affection of union members and workers towards the trade union organization in general and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union, Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor in particular. Thereby, contributing to supporting and creating conditions for the trade unions at all levels of Ninh Binh province and the Vietnam Transport Trade Union to perform well their roles and functions, especially the work of caring for the welfare and interests of union members and workers.
In the coming time, the cooperative relationship between the Vietnam Transport Trade Union and the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation will continue to be enhanced, deepening solidarity, helping each other, sharing experiences, closely connecting in directing and implementing activities to complete the proposed program contents. Together, we will act for the common interests of union members, workers and civil servants, in order to successfully implement the targets set out in the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress, contributing to building an increasingly strong Vietnamese working class.
