The Trade Union of Phu Rieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. (under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union) has just successfully held the 12th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the company's Trade Union has made efforts and completed its tasks well, contributing significantly to the company's socio-economic goals, including an average income of employees of 12.8 million VND/person/month.
The company has allocated from welfare sources to build works to serve workers' lives with an amount of 28 billion VND and spent more than 64 billion VND to ensure lunch for workers.
The company's trade union has proposed that the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union consider supporting 835 million VND to build 11 new "Union Shelters" and repair 4 apartments for workers with difficult housing circumstances. The Company's Trade Union supported 3 affiliated units in remote areas with an amount of 150 million VND to implement the "Union Light" program.
The union has coordinated with the company to honor 3,500 students who are children of workers and civil servants (CNVCLD) with a budget of over 1.8 billion VND. The total expenditure for activities to care for children of employees is more than 3.5 billion VND.
The Congress also set out 11 targets, 5 breakthroughs, and 6 key tasks to continue building an increasingly strong company union organization.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 13 members. Mr. Pham Quoc Huy - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, was elected to continue as Chairman of the Phu Rieng Rubber Company Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
